Year 6 undertake a geography fieldwork project in the summer term on weather and climate. In order to collect and analyse information, we construct weather measuring devices: anemometer, rain gauges and weather vanes. Over a period of time, children systematically collect the data and use numerical and quantitative skills to interpret it and present their findings.
