Showcasing Practical Learning Year 4 Spring - History
Year 4’s Victorian Day!
This term, Year 4 travelled back in time to the 19th century for an immersive Victorian Day. Yes Ma’am! The children dressed up in traditional Victorian clothing, were given Victorian names and engaged in a variety of role-play activities such as handwriting, woodwork and posture practice with the return of the dreaded dunce hat and cane! Although we really enjoyed our Victorian Day, we much prefer our schools in the 21st century where children are seen and *definitely* heard!
