Let’s play The Dreidel!
Year 4 thoroughly enjoyed learning all about The Dreidel game in their RE lesson on how Jewish people celebrate Hanukkah. They learned that the symbols on the Dreidel represent the phrase “A Great Miracle Happened Here”. Here represents Jerusalem. They followed the instructions carefully, and played in pairs , using our new class Dreidels. They were very competitive and played the game very seriously and really enjoyed seeing their learning come to life.
