Rhubarb Triangle!

We are always happy to get cooking at Seven Hills and even more so when we can use locally grown produce. As part of our learning about rhubarb and its significance in the local area, the children enjoyed tasting the rhubarb grown in our very own allotment (although some enjoyed it more than others)! We then made delicious jam tarts and enjoyed them whilst listening to a talk on the Rhubarb Triangle from local historian, Clive McManus.
